Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is an opportunity to slow down, deepen your connection to yourself, and create meaningful, lasting change.
When life gets overwhelming, you may notice yourself feeling more anxious, emotionally disconnected or shut down, on edge, or simply not like yourself. The things that once felt manageable can begin to feel exhausting, emotions become harder to navigate, and old patterns may continue to surface in ways that interfere with how you want to live.
Whether you're navigating a specific challenge or simply recognizing that something doesn't feel quite right, individual therapy offers a space to make sense of what you're experiencing and find ways to move forward.
Our Approach
Our approach to therapy is rooted in connection, compassion and curiosity. We know that many of the struggles we experience today are connected to patterns, relationships, and life experiences that often resurface in ways we don't always recognize. Together, we'll build practical tools to help you manage the hard moments day to day while also exploring and healing the past experiences that continue to impact your life now.
We integrate EMDR, Ego State Therapy (Parts Work), and other trauma-informed models to help process experiences that continue to influence your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and day-to-day life. These approaches allow us to move beyond simply talking about difficult experiences and begin healing from them so they no longer have the same impact on your life.
